Is Design Index related to Catherine David Designs?

Design Index is like Catherine David Designs’ adopted sister. Whilst all the products by Catherine David Designs are designed and manufactured in New Zealand – Design Index products are manufactured either in the US or in Australia – (except Splash-Out! - Shower and Bath Curtains, which are still created in New Zealand).
The Design Index products are created with similar design principles in mind – that’s how they are related.

How much is shipping?

Shipping within New Zealand is free. We at Design Index want to make shopping with us just as enjoyable as strolling in to a store.

How are the goods sent?

We send by overnight courier when possible – if the address is to a R.D. address then we tend to post.

What happens if the goods are damaged when received?

If you are able to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods and we are able to notify the carriers we will replace the item.

What if I want to buy from Catherine David Designs as well?

Catherine David Designs would be happy to supply any Design Index customers.

Is the loop jewellery sterling silver?

All the Loop jewellery is solid sterling silver.

What about the POKETO tee-shirts? Are they 100% cotton.
